Hamp Filigree dont stack

Hey,

I just trade my Threads of Fate for Purity/Touch of Grace: +20 Healing Amplification and..... it don't stack with Legendary Drow Sage's Cowl :/

Is that supposed to not stack ? Or it is a bug? All other filigree stack ;/

Filigrees are supposed to stack with anything and everything except identical filigree.

Bug report it.

Hmm looks like it's a problem with artifact, when I took off all items, and put it again it started to stack... will check if it's one time thing or not.

If the filigree was in an artifact then yes, you will have to reequip the artifact every time you log on to make the filigree work.
