Just posting this to help other Mac users in the future.
I tried to change the key bindings and I ran into problems with the mouse. I changed a few keys, but for one of the keybindings I accidentally added left click (Button 0). This is when the trouble starts. If you make any changes to left click (button 0), you will have to double click to do anything that should be a single click. This means it is impossible to move feats and enhancements around. If you click 'clear' on that key binding with a (button 0) sometimes, you will lose all use of the left click. You can't even quit because you can't click the option.
The solution is to be very very carful not to accidentally left click again after you have selected the key binding you want to assign. If you do accidentally bind left click to something, you have to start over. The only solution I can find is to delete the file with your key bindings altogether. It is not easy to find. You have to go to the Library folder, which is hidden. You can do a quick search to figure out how to reveal the library folder.
~/Library/Application Support/com.turbine.dndclient/ddo.keymap
First close DDO. Then navigate to this folder above and delete ddo.keymap. You will lose all of your keybindings but you will be able to use your mouse again. Every time you make a change to key bindings, I suggest you quit out of the game and make copy of that file. That way you can revert back to it if you have to reset again.
