Drow Faerie Fire and no spell points

Drow have, on their racial tree, the ability to cast Faerie Fire as a SLA for 2 spell points. Does this mean a class like Rogue or Fighter cannot use the ability?

Just equip a wizardry/power item that gives Spell points (or slot a spell point augment) and you'll be fine

If you have the right Guild buff*, that gives anyone 25 spell points. (Most non-casters never use them. SLA's and Harper KtA are a couple typical exceptions.)


(* Arcanum Sanctum hold room or Collegium of the Twelve state room)

Or, as G pointed out, hit the AH and search for "invigorating" or "wizardry" - that'll do it too (altho' the hard part is to find one that has a nice 2nd effect to work w/ your gear tetris).
