So, I'm sitting at level 20 on my second trip through epic, and I have a bard16/fighter3/fvs1 to gear up. No epic gear, of course, so everything is Cannith crafted. I'll probably be using a light/good/fire Star of Day I got from the Clerics. I've placed all the general shards (abilities, skills, protections, yada, yada), saving the rings and the trinket for bard specific bumps. Which are what, exactly?
Perform and Cha are maxed elsewhere. Do I need glaciation for spinning ice? Enchantment focus is on the neck, what else do I need? Any help would be appreciated.

Glaciation only helps cold damage, which Spinning Ice and the other Warchanter active don't deal. Frosted Tips (ok, Iced Edges or whatever it's called) doesn't scale with spellpower either.
Perform is nice if you have Low Blow, but otherwise doesn't help you all that much AFAIK. The sonic spellpower boosts help a smidge but not as much as a resonance item.
IMO, the next most important stats are...
- Defensive things. Con, Resistance, etc. Soulstones do zero dps
- Stunning and/or insightful stunning. These will help all your Warchanter DC's (and Vanguard, if you picked up Stunning Shield)
- Devotion. Maybe a personal preference, but healing power makes a huge difference for Rejuvs, Sustaining Song, etc
- Enchantment, mostly for the disco ball
- Dex / Int, depending on what you're using for reflex saves

Thanks, I had missed the stunning bit. Looks like i'm good to go now. It's been a fun build so far.

In addition to the stuff mentioned above I'd also make sure to have Doublestrike, Insightful Charisma, and Healing Amp.
