I wish you a good day.
My Anti virus program keeps blocking the DDO Launcher update because of this issue. I have not been able to log in and play. I went for a Repair from the launcher but still not sure if it will repair this. This is happening new. It never happened before and I did not change my anti virus program either. (Kaspersky Anti-Virus) Seemed suspicious to me.
If there is anyone from the technical staff, who can give a good advice to me. I would really appreciate it.
Thank you very much.
Ps: Somehow forum post does not let me write down the original line ; but applies ' [url] ' automatically.

Turn off anti virus, update, turn on anti virus?
Thank you Mindos. The exceptions list is something I am allready aware of and at the same time which was never required for running DDO.
Anyhow, the point is the last update made the anti virus program go crazy which had never got alerted since its first download till this game update. That seemed suspicious to me.
I hope nothing's wrong with the update files. Just being cautious

I'm thinking its just a false alarm based on the fact that there have been a few reports of the same problem. But, you are right! What's the point of the anti if you have to turn it off anyway. I wouldn't add it to the exceptions list, or if only temporarily. You never know when there will be a true threat.
