Taking build down because wild shots got nerfed from spell power to ranged power, and it also bugs out and breaks on death.

I would consider instead to drop the bow line and focus on just on crossbow. The split i have been meaning to try out is 15 cleric, 2 artificer, 3 fighter. I think with this split your casting will end up superior, it will be much less clunky to run, and i think you will do only slightly less dmg with fan of knives combo.

You cant be centered with adamantine body. So no 10k stars or monk stances.

And finally, i know your play stile for a build like this is to gather mobs, stun them fan them down. But how much more difficult would it be to just gather them and spam commetfall and stun untill they are dead?

I wanted to lay it all out like this to look at the various contributions to damage and see what the helpless AoE dps would be. At 1k AoE dps it is less at 20 with a sentient weapon than 12 sorc caster levels on a level 15 character in pre-sharn gear (https://i.postimg.cc/0NPLsnbS/Screen-Shot00024.jpg).

However, as burst it is going to give me 3 second group clears as long as I keep the difficulty low enough.

Ratcatcher with Inquisitive is better than any ML8+ bow for heroics or epic dailies. Even without a sentient gem, it's good enough to keep using until Morninglord at 29. Bows are terrible 83.3% of the time. Without Manyshot (you didn't take the feat), they're terrible 100% of the time.

Mobs in EH VON 3/4, OOB, Spies, Grim, etc die so fast that focusing on helpless damage is red herring. Optimizing for daily quest bosses is also a red herring.

41 Inquisitive + (Harper INT hit/dmg || Falconry WIS hit/dmg) + any class combo = easy daily XP for epic past lives.

If you want to play a caster for dailies, then a pure sorcerer is more efficient than your theorycraft.

Oopa, fixed that with feat swap of adamantine out at 20 to be centered for epics and by adding in manyshot.

Every class in the game does more damage than a cleric...

Should make a DG Wiz if I want to level in mid-skull reaper and just necro everything, but not sure if I want to do that.

Why DG Wiz when Critzilla Finale is capable of high skulls?

BTW, your ranged build is missing IPS.

Mmm shadow lance is 198 base damage, 400% ranged power scaling, + spell power scaling. Maybe worth trying out.

Ya, I know its missing IPS. I don't think IPS will be necessary. It has AoE damage already.

That's why I laid out stats for comparison. Cometfall on a pure 20 cleric is 100 base damage, scaling with spell power x4.7 and spell crit x1.24 and helpless x2.15 for 1263 damage at level 20 with same stats. In order to deal the 16k damage above, would take 13 casts, or 60 seconds. 13 casts of cometfall and quickened soundburst would also take 694 mana. (Assume divine augmentations cancels out cometfall reflex save for half.)

I just shortened 694 mana and 60 seconds into 24 mana and 3 seconds. :)

Dropped rapid shot and DC casting kept bow and AoE. Fusillade (NHB) caps attack speed, so you don't need it.
