New tree build-need a help

I need 2 more shadar iconic lifes, also need 2 rogues so i want to run that with new tree rolling double crossbows. I could use help with leveling order and what feats-enchanments to take? Saw some 10 rogue 6 ranger 4 arti but im unsure what should i get for feats.

Bonis not: if.your quiver.gives you blunted ammunition, then the Legendary Dreadnought ability that gives you expanded.crot range for.blunt weapons will work on your crossbows.
