In-Store Ravenloft Adventure Pack

Does anyone know what the DDO Store Adventure Pack for 'Mist of Ravenloft' compare to? Standard, Collector's, Ultimate; or something more basic? What my main question is - would the Scourge of the Undead character come with this or just the Aasimar race (which I have already as VIP)?
