I have no access to sharn quests or cogs area. I bought the expansion. My real life bank shows the transaction occurred. My email shows a confirmation of the purchase from your company. I played through part I saga in sharn last night. Now I have no access.

Please help. I submitted two in game tickets. Your game booted me shortly after each submission.

A guildy of mine has the same problem, even has a loot drop. I dont know if it was resolved.

Make sure that you applied the actual code to your account through Redeem Code in the DDO Store in-game. There was a brief window where some people were able to access the Sharn content regardless of account purchase, and perhaps you ran part 1 during that time. It sounds like perhaps the code hasn't been properly applied to your account, but you might have not noticed until later due to this brief bug.

I had this happen today, and had to get the code from the website/email and then enter it into the DDO store to re-gain access to Sharn.
