What does the Mysterious Cloak do?

Can someone who actually has the Mysterious Cloak or Bracers tell me what it actually does?

The Wiki lists +Insightful Magical Resistance, but the description sounds like Insightful Healing Amp.

Is Spell Resistance or MRR or Healing Amp or something else entirely?

It looks like just a display error there. I'm not sure if it's an outdated screenshot or if the description still says that on live. I have this cloak on my Rogue and I can see it change my MRR on the character sheet.

Healing Amp is Exceptional (same as thing that used to 10% when healing amp was changed) this is true for the ml 14 cloak specifically and I believe for the others.

MRR is Insightful.

Yes it's exceptional healing amp and insightful mrr. Since it's bta you can also slot a master's gift augment there for sharing between characters.
