Anyone else running into the problem of trying to install D&D and it coming up with "error generating the hash codes for patch file"?

So I finally get into the game world last night. After a few seconds, everything freezes. I restart my computer and get the BSOD. Nothing worked. I couldn't get past the Windows environment options page. After trying at least twenty different tricks, I finally had to make a windows media program on a usb, which took six hours to download. I was then able to re-install windows which only took another hour. I go to the page to redownload DDO and get a message that the page cannot be displayed contact your service provider. Fun times.

Same issue here. The game was stalling at launch, resetting defaults did not seem to work, latest version of Directx installed with no errors, so reinstalling the game was my last option to clear the issue.

We have corrected an issue related to a third party registrar, and have been working to repropagate DNS information. Many people should have their log in or patching issues resolved at this time. If not, it may be a few hours yet as ISPs update their DNS information.

The cache is cleared over a certain amount of time. It can take up to 24 hours for the DNS cache to be fully refreshed. Wait a bit.
