from the wiki-Each time you land a hit there is a 12% chance you heal positive damage equal to half your Barbarian level. Each time you kill an opponent you are healed for 20 hit points. This healing scales with 100% Melee Power. Blood Strength has a one-second cooldown when you kill an enemy.

the wording about "landing a hit" and the fact that it scales with melee power is why I ask. Thanks in advance.

Lol.. Janave literally made an iconic with a random name, and tested it. Something that everyone should be able to do.

Yes but it was easier to ask than to level up to 12 and I was at work. From Janave's sig it looks like they did some theory crafting and put some time into creating the build too.

21 inqui 11 harper T5 Ravager. Barbarian Inqui - I call it the Korben Dallas. Anyone else want to negotiate? :D

Bows suck too much to try and build a barb around right now unfortunately, even though Bow Strength suggests it should be something they do. But high ROF with DXB means you'll be getting lots of Blood Strength procs. But there's not much Barb offers beyond that (and buttloads of heal amp), so you're pretty much just a one-note Terminator....shooty and regeneratey.
