That one lists ALL favor, I want the list of just the new rewards.

The Favour rewards on the DDO Wiki 'Favour' page (helpfully mentioned above) contain the current Favour rewards. Thus all you needed to do was look at history of that page to workout the last major update was [U41.3]. Hence: https://ddowiki.com/page/Update_41_Patch_3_Release_Notes#Favor.
