upgrading package

Is it the current policy of SSG to no longer upgrade the standard packages to the ultimate package by paying just the difference? Based on a friend's experience SSG is no longer selling upgrade packages for Ravenloft.

According to that they do, but you get to wait out the SSG customer service time window. I wouldn't blame them if they stopped, but it would be nice if they set up an automated upgrade package. I'd be 10x more likely to buy basic sharn if I could one click upgrade later, as is I'm not buying at all.

This WAS the policy. but it seems that in the last year they changed it to you pay the full price it upgrade.

Just got my account upgraded for the price difference. Did it through a ticket took a week. Very happy with the customer support.
