Hi all/ developers,
I have two questions:
1. Is the stunning (aka stunning +22) and dazing (aka Dazing X) stackable?
2. Is the one against many strength (+1) and one against many/ sucker punch strength (+2) stackable?
Thank you...

There are exceptions - but a good general rule is to assume things don't stack - here are the stacking rules: https://ddowiki.com/page/Stack
Dazing and Stunning doesn't seem to be the same effect so they prolly can run concurrently = as in daze them then stun them.
The one against many effect prolly doesn't but its likely that the one against many and the sucker punch does - not sure - but that's how I'd approach it then I'd test my hypothesis.
As for the items, I do not know, but I suspect they both give the same type of bonus to stunning DCs. I'd have to test to make sure.
For the filigrees, it's an easier answer - everything from a different source stacks.

Every time I see a question about stacking, I have to bring up one of my all time favorite quotes from the forum.
"This is DDO. Even Legos don't stack here."

Afaik yes they would stack. That being said, you are better off with a combo of:
Raid One Against Many/Suckerpunch Rare
One Against Many Melee Power Rare
Sucker Punch Melee Power Rare.
Slot 5pc Prowess in your remaining 5

That made me chuckle, but I prefer this quote since the data center move.
"This is DDO. There is no lag, what are you talking about?" *as someone is "dead"*
Also OP,
1.) no.
2.) yes.
