Problems with Inquisitive

I am just going to post any bugs or problems I run into with Inquisitive here. Maybe others can confirm or dispute the issues or offer some workarounds or tips.

Two hand crossbow animation with rune arm ends up with strange animations depending on equipped rune arm charging or not. For example I see a small crossbow impaled through my characters left forearm while a equipped rune arm is charging.

Hit the streets third core enhancements seems to be only providing +2 diplomacy bonus on my half elf. Tooltip says it should be a +3 diplo bonus for all except half elves who should get a +10 diplo bonus from the enhancement. When I first purchased the enhancement my diplo showed no change. I logged off and on and a +2 change was showing when I hovered over diplomacy or checked my diplo score on the skills screen of my character sheet. As I mentioned my character is a half elf.

Have you checked to make sure that it isn't just a display error? It might be giving you the extra bonus in the combat log.

I'm having some targeting issues. It seems like I have to hard target everything or my shots vanish into the ether. I'm not shooting at anything about 30% of the time. It's annoying but not game breaking and I'm not sure it is just Inquisitor as I seem to racall having similar issues on an Arti I ran a while back. I don't have these problems on bow weilding toons though...just this xbow user.
