Easier to get an epic heart than to get a LR heart, so you could always change your build this way... other than that, like he said, nope.

The last fate point, in case thats somehow useful, for most builds it is not.

Suggestion: Epic Completionist +2 fate points. (ie: +3 total for reaching completionist)

The only advantage is if you want to run some content missed the first time around "at level" for rxp and favor, but even with first time bonuses it's probably not worth it as you get extra rxp for level 30+ quests.
