Lost in TR(anslation) - Question

A couple of years ago, when I did a TR, I lost my level 3 cleric hireling from the starter bundle. I've missed having this and even submitted a ticket some time ago about this but to no avail (there didn't appear to be any solution).

My question is can I re-purchase that Starter Bundle to get another cleric hireling? Does anyone know if this is possible or has anyone done this before?

AFAIK, you can totally get this back! I would try submiting another ticket, see what happens?

And dig though your email records to see if you still have the specific codes or purchase orders, to prove you did, indeed, purchase these.
