Treasure Hunter Elixier - effect on +mystic/+reaper chance?

I wonder if the Treasure Hunter Elixier has an effect on the chance to get mystic or reaper bonuses on named items?

I know it does not change the probability to get named loot to drop - but does it up the chance for mystic/reaper bonusses once the named item has dropped?

It does not affect the chances of obtaining mythic or reaper chance on any given named item.

Are you sure about that? Just pulled a Legendary Five Rings with reaper power boost and it had the blue beam signaling it was a lucky roll.

I am 100% positive that Treasure Hunter Elixir has nothing to do with pulling a reaper or mythic related item.
I know that it states this,
"You are Lucky! (Treasure Dice Rolls are increased by 5/10/15, making the chance of finding maximum effects on loot more likely. This only effects you, not your party members.)"
but the potion was meant to increase maximum effects on random generated loot, mythic/reaper cannot be affected by this potion.

Either it was luck or not. I ran 5 quests on R10 with the greater treasure and found nothing. I ran 5 quests on R10 without the greater treasure and found a reaper +2 to all abilities. Not home to show proof on it.

This. Treasure hunters elixirs are a complete waste. When I get them on daily rolls I throw them away.
