Does visions of precicion work on ranged dps?

I am playing a falconer these days on my beloved Arcane Archer Sun Elf

My question is, does the Dazing X and the Enhanced Ki +3 works on ranged attacks with a longbow?

The Dazing X would help my paralyzing arrows(-1 WILL Save trows)? And my Monkcher would gain Ki with each landed arrow?

I wish to know!

Can anyone answer those questions?

They don't work on ranged.

The ki reg works on melee. The Dazing doesn't seem to work at all, at least I don't see ant debuff on the monsters I hit.
