Camera view messed up

I normally have my camera view slightly behind my character so I can see what she is doing. Occassionally I ma manage to drag my fingers the wrong way over the touch pad and things zoom in so that I can no longer see my character. Usually I fix this by doing Alt-J, my hot keys for zoom out, and it returns to normal. However just now I had the view zoom in and I cannot get the Alt-J command to zoom back out. I tried several times to reset the zoom out hot key, but no matter what I did, the keys would not respond. Has anyone else had this happen What did you do to fix it?

Sounds like a variation of the scroll wheel bug.

I am impressed that you manage to play at all using a trackpad. I can’t come close to doing it. But two finger scroll up and two finger scroll down is how I zoom in and out when I forget my mouse.

Whatever the problem was, I managed to fix it by completely shutting down the game and starting back up again. This returned everything to normal. Simply logging out and logging back in was not enough. It required quitting from the game and restarting it.

Check to see if the numpad +/- helps as well, or maybe set it up as a secondary option, to deal with this in the future.
