So many concerns... I can tell you I spent 130.00 on RL Ultimate for the main +1 RP tome because it was not acquirable in any instance. After I heard it can start dropping. It made me a bit mad because I practically wasted 130.00. (most of you are going to argue, feel free to. MY OPINION, I feel like I wasted money.)
So if you are going to make these prices higher - put something worth it, obviously a teleport is going to be one of them, but something worth the cash, cosmetics and pets are not worth squat.
Because people also just spent 300.00 for a season pass - I sure hopes to gods you aren't making the highest package expensive as heck.

Just going to point out Ravenloft came out on December 6th 2017, the racial AP tomes started to drop on December 5th 2018(has anyone even gotten one yet?).
But I do agree I'll be watching to see whats worth it in the ultimate bundle for sharn with the expectation that said items might be added into drop tables a year later.

My main concern is their prices this year. I know that Ravenloft came out 2017 and they started to drop recently. I honest to god thought it was only going to be for people who purchased the package because the price to buy the expansion was so high. Guess I was wrong. Once again, was super bummed that it started dropping because that was the one good thing out of that package.

Shadowfell wasn't on them; that was the case of Turbine.
I understand what you are getting at. I don't make much and actually save to splurge on DDO because of the good items in packages that are supposed to stay like that. Otherwise - DDO is still a rockin' game. Love to run R10's. Anything in expansion packs you can achieve except for MoTU and Shadowfell (could be wrong) everything in DDO except the Bottle of Mist in that package now. Basically making it worthless. I could easily earn enough for the goodies inside the package in 2 lives (2 weeks). So yes, I am little upset, as others may not be.

I've recently heard of a large, active guild which farms Killing Time not having seen a single racial AP tome drop yet.

Personally I felt ripped off that the +1 racial tome was specifically indicated that it wasn't ultimate bundle exclusive, and that was the only way to get it for a full year. And when they added it to the game; the chances of getting one is so infinitesimally low it might as well not be there.

There's a difference between +1 RP tomes dropping in T3 raids and having one delivered to every single character you have, and will ever make. You have that tome for every single one of your characters now.

Can confirm that we haven't seen one drop on Ghallanda (at least in my circles). While we don't "farm" KT we regularly run it 2-3 times a week. Along with CoS/Baba. While several of the other large guilds may have found one, I haven't heard a peep from anyone so I don't think they have.

I'm bothered that there is anything at all which costs $130,000. You could literally buy 2 new games or 6 older games for that cost. DDO has become a rich mans game where the company prefers overpricing than selling in quantity.

I am pretty sure that the devs said that nothing was going to locked into preorder anymore and they stated no where that this was exclusive and not available in store. I am really more surprised that it took them this long. Same thing with Tomes of learning etc.
You had pretty much 12 months of advantage over others and at 2000 pts its not exactly a bargain. Make a couple of alts, you will feel better about the price.

But by all means go with the my PTW is more important than someone elses PTW.
