Chain attack while in form?

Does anyone know if the shadar kai chain attack works while you are shapeshifted into wolf or bear?

Hmm, not sure. I generally see the Chain Attack as a noob bait enhancement. Its only good for the first couple levels of your Shadar-kai life.
