So I got the first two expansions now with the sale , I got everything I was supposed to get but the account did not upgrade to premium, im missing the extra character slots and monster manual I

Anything I can do to fix this ?

This is not uncommon, and it gets fixed all the time, so while annoying "now", no worries for the long run.

It's the weekend (before New Year), so don't expect an immediate response (tho' you never know!), but contact Customer Service via forum PM. Only one I know from experience is CS_Alkaid, but there are others.

You could also try posting on the CS subforum (https://www.ddo.com/forums/forumdisplay.php/92-In-Game-Customer-Service) and hope for a weekend fix. (It says "non-urgent" - you may feel this ~is~ urgent, but it's not in the context of "in game" problems.)

It'll get sorted asap, proly a day or three - they're good at things like this.

Just a check one; Did you fully log out and then back in after buying / applying the codes? Sometimes that helps 'jog' the system to reset.

Oh yes, I didn't notice something was wrong until a day later. I made a ticket, il just wait for its resolution, im not in a hurry or anything
