Question regarding Legendary Perfect Pinnacle

According to the DDOWiki, the legendary perfect pinnacle is supposed to give a +10 insight bonus to AC and reflex saves when in mountain stance. However, I only seem to be gaining +1 when I equip it. I have no other sources for insight bonuses to AC or reflex saves, so I was wondering if this is WAI.

I guess you are using Legendary Disciple of the Dawn, which gives +9 Insight bonus to AC and saves.
