Improved Feint - Still Bugged?

Title pretty much sums it up. I am planning to TR my main into a pure assassin vista rogue. Improved feint as described looks very tasty, but the wiki claims its bugged. I have a friend who says it isn't anymore. Anybody out there tested it and have feedback?

It seems to be working. I find it useful in heroics, epics and endgame it seems difficult to get my bluff score high enough to be effective. Endgame i rely on dire charge.

They fixed it so that it will actually fire while you're attacking instead of requiring you to attack and then wait several seconds for it to go off, yes. And you can always do a feat-swap if it doesn't work in a way that you like or if you have trouble getting Bluff high enough.

In solo rogue play, it is HUGE since its cooldown is short (half that of Shiv) and it affects a whole arc in front of you. Buff your bluff score...It has a lower DC then Shiv.

Endgame assassins are not using it. I imagine for a staff build it is handy because Imp Feint—>then cleave them for sneak damage
