Probably just bad luck - but does the Epic Purifying Quiver still drop in Oath of Vengeance?

I have ransacked the chest thrice on 4 different characters without seeing the Quiver drop. Meanwhile I have seen several of every other named item from the chest.

Further, does the Blunted Ammo effect apply to shurikens?

Thanks, and well, sometimes the RNG does hate me but other times I get lucky. Having a degree in statistics I better accept that :)

Yes, I have been in the same situation myself, getting frustrated by not getting what I was looking for.

On the other hand I have completed Killing time less than 10 times, and pulled 2 schizms. I dont even want one of those. Go figure :)

Posting here did help!

I ran Oath again (4 boxing for loot) and had not just one quiver drop but two. Go figure.

Onwards to the next farm :)

Now maybe my brain will shut-off and I can go to sleep now that I posted this.
