Get Your Cloaks Out !

so, cloaks and cloaking, now that we have cosmetic cloaks, its time to perfect the pinnacle of needless vanity!

to that end, i am open to suggestions for a cloak, which matches or perfectly accompanies Epic Red Dragonscale Armor (the red plate from VoN raid)

closest i have seen so far is Scarlet Scale cloak from wizard/wines but its basically black with small red detail on the top

any advances on that?

FYI the red reaper cloak from the mabar event does not count...........

I don't have pictures of it, but the Vermilion Wave cloak would probably be a good fit. It's the Red version of the Wave cloak, I had one on Lammaland.

I don't think you're gonna do any better than scarlet scale. The grand majority of cloaks right now are pretty unimpressive matte patterns that aren't going to match the detail on the armor

If you just don't like scarlet scale then you might try to complement the armor rather than match it - maybe something like mirror cloak that goes well with anything

Honestly I think it looks better with cloaks disabled if you have cool looking armor. Otherwise you're gonna have it covered up all the time. Cool armor or cool cloak, but both is redundant...at least until they come out with non cape items for the back slot like mantles or single shoulder capelets or something
