With 30 levels and normal to R10 difficulty joining a pug IS actually
NOT easy
Then you add reaper bb IS different from elite bb

When i started 5 years ago i need month to understand bb mechanism
Now u have 2different and confusing

These are really Great barriers especially for new players
So
1) LETS get reaper bb Like elite IS working
2) add no limits and penalties till 6 lvl difference in heroic
3) keep always Buddy bonus on

Any other suggestion?

4) Server Merge... Mega Server...

I don't know if the xp curve needs to change as much as changing the xp received on some of the quest chains.
Some more content should become F2P, the content available to people testing the waters isn't enough IMO anymore. Heck most older mmo's give you all the content outside of the latest expansion.

Group Bonus should be a thing as it would encourage people to group as there is a split IMO between new players and the vets. Which is due to game design.

And I'd also agree on the Heroic lvl gap for taking penalties. There is no reason for this anymore there is enough content to have people play as they can. There's a difference between new players vets and even builds when your playing through. There's no reason to punish people anymore when the end goal is to have people continually reincarnate.

So; just from personal experience; some gripes with experience and rewarding me more for being anti-social are as follows:

1) Powerlevel penalty in heroics - I can't group with that guildie 4 levels above me or I get no xp; I can't group with that guildie 4 levels below or they get no xp. This also combines with reaper-penalty for overlevel to make a very slim window of levels I can have people enjoy full xp in my groups.

2) Powerlevel penalty in challenges - Sure I could solo 6-star level 30 estar challanges at level 23 on many of my builds; but if I open up the lfm to include level 30s; then I'm getting barely any mats from the challanges. Mats are actually somewhat useful; so why would I be inclusive to get me less rewards in the same amount of time?

3) Slayer zone "powerlevel" penalty - If you have anyone who's taking reduced xp from a slayer zone; their mere presence locks everyone else in the party out from getting any xp from the slayer zone at all. Is this really needed? Slayer zones have minimum levels to enter and are normal difficulty scaling - so many of my charcters can zerg the zone at near maximum speed as soon as they're a level to enter the zone. I don't think anyone's bringing a level 30 to the king's forest to powerlevel a friend...

4) Minimum level to enter a quest. - At low level this makes me have a very slim level range that I'm able to run quests for maximum reaper xp, which is ok because I can order them as I like; but for throwing up an lfm it makes the level range I'm allowing to apply for the group. There's also challenges which have very definite minimum levels (I'm looking at you cannith); so if I'm farming those for mats I'm further restricted in who I'm allowed to let join.

5) Epic/heroic reaper lockout. - this happens every life, I'm running some quests - say stormhorns with a good group on reaper and partway through the quest chain someone caps their xp. Now the group is forced to make the choice of dropping to elite difficulty or kicking that player from the party.

This would require a huge overhaul of the difficulty system, a level 16 would anihilate anything in a level 10 quest.

Bb Rest elite bb

But a lvl 10 can join a lvl 16. Actually you have penalty If 4 lvl lower...
