So if I have 3 elf lives and got my racial point and dex+1, there will be no benefit for doing wood elf lives?

There will be no benefit to you for running Wood Elf lives for Racial Past Lives.
The race may work better than others for Class lives, assuming you run a build where Int doesn't matter, so there may still be a benefit to choosing Wood Elf over other races if you aren't a heroic triple completionist.
