I didn't see it in the release notes, but looks like it's a way to make cosmetic armor that looks like the old armor appearance kits. I'm excited!

Edit: The cosmetic armors are also in the DDO store on Lamannia!
Edit 2: At least the Warforged cosmetics are.

Yeah I noticed there are quite a few of the old armor kits missing. The Royal Sage/Silver armor for example and the Tan/Orange and Brown Plains armor as well (and many, many more). Looks like it's mostly the stuff already in the DDO store with a few additional appearances. Also, I like the idea of having items broken down into Glammering Dust to be remade into cosmetics, but I would like to see cosmetics made from Mirrors also able to be broken down. I have too many of those that I regret/don't use and I'd like to get some use out of them instead of trashing them for inventory space.
