From U39 release notes:
Stunning Blow, Trip, and Improved Trip now display their total current calculated DCs on their tooltip.
A long long time ago those were displayed, then the displays were removed, and now they're back so I guess whatever performance or other reason for removing them is resolved.
What about displaying the current Rune Arm DC (or "base" DC) in the Rune Arm toggle icon/tooltip? I realize the DC is modified by current charge tier, but if you would at least display the "base" DC before any charge tier is applied, we could figure out the rest.
