Looking at the 5th E version of "White Plume mountain", there MIGHT be a Sphinx and a manticore in the DDO version!
I wonder how the Sphinx would work in DDO. Perhaps an INT check to determine the correct answer; having it be a static riddle would be boring.
Hmm, although having, say, a dozen different riddles (math related and otherwise) could work.

Dinosaurs. We are in Ebberon, the setting where nomadic halflings that ride dinosaurs are a thing and we haven't seen a single one. This oversight needs to be fixed.

The only thing I know is that Reapers do not belong to D&D world but they are still there butchering everyone of us.

Adding dinosaurs to D&D and letting is the most ridiculous and ******** thing Wizards have ever done. I hate that they did that and would hate to see it in DDO.
Other than that, I would really like to see Displacer beasts and oythugs.

Right. Just like we've got different kinds of Fungus and Hydra within the ToEE, Cloakers with the Slaves, etc. the list is far from being complete. :-\
