Any assistance with the follow issue would be greatly appreciated.
I have purchased x5 potions of Major Slayer Potions to help with slayer kills. Yet when I start killing in the Necropolis slayer zone my kill count does not increase. One potion has already run its course with no boost to my kills yet when no potion is being used the counter works including rare and explorer. The second potion is not working either. This only happens in the necropolis Slayer with this character. In other zones she has no problems with the kill count. I have tested many of my other characters on other accounts and they have no problem with the kill count anywhere.
Over the last couple of days I have put in several tickets to request assistance from DDO's tech support on this issue. Two days ago I requested in game help three times and waited 13 hours total and no one contacted me. Yesterday waited from 9:05am EDT until 6:15pm EDT with an open ticket and no one contacted me yet again. I am very disappointed that no one has responded to my open tickets regarding this issue. I have been playing DDO since 2012 and maintain x4 VIP accounts. I do not pay this kind of money to sit around waiting for assistance that never comes. Any assistance or suggestions on either matter would be appreciated.
