I bought points on 6/24, now I checked the forum and see double points this week. Does the 5 day return policy apply to points bought in the in game store?

Ordinarily I wouldn't bother, but ****, it's literally $100 worth of points on the top package.

To be completely honest, they should upgrade your bonus points.

If they don't, then customers often may not ever buy points unless they are on sale.

There is serious psychology based off this.

Basically, if you live in fear that the price you will drop and you won't be "made whole", many consumers will never make the purchase. It is similar to "paralysis by analysis".

EDIT: I have been waiting on points to go on sale for about 2-3 weeks? I even made a thread about it. I had refused to buy at "regular price" which kinda validates that article/study listed above.

This has been solved, got the bonus points credited to me without going through a refund. SSG help ticket (https://help.standingstonegames.com/hc/en-us) got answered on the 4th business day, which is a bit less than what the automated system said it would likely take for a response when I put in the ticket. The in game support team did not have access to the information to resolve this, so don't bother putting in an in game ticket if you have this problem.

Yeah, they did this for me also when I bought a big chunk of points literally 1 day before a sale started.
