View Full Version : payment for subscription went through but no subscription on account

hello just earlier today I bought 2 months of vip time on the ddo website. the payment has gone through on my bank account but have no received anything for it ingame yet races/classes that should be available and my account is still flagged as premium not vip. I haven't done this in over a year so was wondering if anything has changed as before it was almost instant. did I need to put a code in ingame or anything from the receipt or do it still just do it automatically?

Any purchase through a website (i.e. DDO Market) would send you codes in an email to the address you put in when registering. These would have to be entered in the DDO Store in-game. The DDO Market is not run by SSG, and has no direct connection to your account in the game.
The other way to buy VIP is through the DDO Store in-game.
