Then it said its your fault contact us. So i did that, but it didnt say anything about my ticket being sent, so Im coming here to ask if anyone else is having this problem, and to see if something can be done for me, thank you.

I had a problem where SSG took the money but didn't give me the points because I had to confirm transaction with my bank. You have to contact account support rather than in-game support for that.

Did you get a receipt for those points via email? You're supposed to.

Your DDO account transaction history in the DDO Store should also show your purchase.

You can use that information to contact account support.
