I´ve sent 2 tickets since the server gone up

I think 5,6 hours might have passed.

How long does it normally take them to get back to you?

I dunno ... Not a peep yet.
so i guess i gotta babysit the given oppertunity u mean or kiss off my missing stack of 6 meteoric star rubies that vanished on server reset.

The customer experience in dealing with in-game support is varied. Sometimes I get amazing support in a just a few minutes... other times I wait hours for nothing only to have the ticket closed out AS SOON AS I LOG OUT or to have a GM respond that there is nothing which can be done.

Either way, most players I encounter simply refuse to file tickets because of the reputation of the in-game support or personal experiences of the past. When it's good it is as customer service should be... when it's bad it is beyond frustrating and leaves players feeling unvalued as loyal players/customers.

We feel your pain and hope that you are able to get a solid resolution to your issue.

Their customer service was so bad I stopped buying things 2 or 3 years ago.
Its actually gotten worse.
Now its like finding out someone secretly replaced your mayonaisse with medical purulence after you take the last bite of your sandwich.

Their customer service is so bad, it takes them less time to remove a truthful post that they deem to be insulting than it does to reply to a help ticket.
That is the equivalent of dousing oneself with an entire bottle of cologne to cover up the odor of not bathing in weeks.

I like to thank +maji+ for being reasonable and restoring my faith

Lesson to be learned never do "last minute stuff" due to possible data loss ( items or so too it seems )
Log out in time or repeat my mistake
