Sorry if this been covered ...
I tried searchng a little before posting because i think somewhere at some timee i read about some way to toggle that cosmetic mist shroud thing on and off (that continous smokes thing).
I tried removing all all equipped cosmetics. so perhaps a console command I presume ?
