My VIP was automatically renewed in June 11th, but this is not what I want. Can you help me cancel the automatic renewal fee and refund the cost of updating VIP?
Can not be submitted on the help website, showing "The CAPTCHA verification failed. Please try again."

Is there another browser you could try? Sometimes there's a time limit as well from the time you complete the Captcha and you post. I usually write up what I want to say, in a new text document. Then copy and paste in, then do the captcha and hit post.
