Literally anything you buy new will run DDO fine.

Agree with Scrapco there.
Though I would say the model in OP's link only has 4GB of ram, and no mention of how much ram on a graphics adapter, so I would assume that the graphics share system ram. If so then I would say that 4GB is a bit low.
There is no SSD either. Windows and DDO becomes much faster if run from an SSD.
I would look for a model with similar specs, but an SSD and 8GB of ram.

Although anything new should run DDO fine, please note that most laptops in the Ultrabook family have awful heat dispersion. Heat is the enemy of all things technology. So... you may experience less than ideal life from a laptop that you game with.
My recommendation is to always buy a decent desktop to game on (and then buy a cheap laptop for laptopy things. I prefer chromebooks for school things personally.

SSD makes a huge difference on DDO...yup, really.
I have an old HP8460p with an I5, 8 gig of RAM and a Radeon HD7400M with 4 gig of RAM. I cannot max everything but the game runs fine. Put in an SSD and DDO runs as smooth as on my bigger system without an SSD. I would not get a low end laptop without an SSD (or anything, really). I am happy with the DDO performance of the 200$ laptop (added another $20? of RAM) that I could get with Windows 7.

If you want to run any "old" pc game, you'll pro'ly need a DOS emulator program. There are several out there for free, but Win 10 adoesn't support DOS-based programs (and I forget the last Win edition that did).

I'm in a similar boat, I need to get a desktop/laptop and I'll mainly be using it for DDO lol. It'd be nice if I can find something that can play newer games too but I don't want to blow a lot of $$, I have PS4 for Fallout/Skyrim afterall. It's such a pain in the ass to find the right graphics card grrr.
Right now all I have is a 5-year old laptop I got for $200 and that...really doesn't work very well. It plays DDO but very choppily, takes me like 30 min to do VoN3 when I should be blowing through it.

Good Old Games has collections of the classic TSR D&D games that you can get:
https://www.gog.com/game/forgotten_realms_the_archives_collection_one
https://www.gog.com/game/forgotten_realms_the_archives_collection_two
https://www.gog.com/game/forgotten_realms_the_archives_collection_three
etc. I didn't check for the Krynn games or the Dark Sun games, but they might be there as well.
They're re-worked to run on modern hardware/OS.
