returning player help needed... can't remember password

I haven't played since November of last year and I've forgotten my password. Is there any way to find out what it was?

I cant remember my account name. I have tried to use the forgot name feature but it never sends me an e-mail. I have tried maybe 20 times and checked my spam folder too. I made a new account (this one) with the same e-mail and then tried the forgot screenname feature and I got an e-mail showing that this is the only account registered to that e-mail. I know I used the correct e-mail has my account been deleted because they aren't with turbine anymore? I haven't played prolly in well over a year. Do I lose everything now and have to start all over???

Ok you shouldn't loose everything DDO does not delete characters or accounts, maybe if you exploited the game but if you didn't your characters are still around, a good start is if the OP is In same boat well your forum login and password is your account name and password so you op are good to just login. second person, you know your characters names? Start there with support.

If you hadn't played them for long, you're not going to lose much.

But what Garb' said is correct - your forum username/login should be the same, so just go thru the 8 servers and you should be able to find them.

If that name/login isn't working, or you still can't find them, yeah, contact CS and give them what you do have - if you can give them a starting point, they should be able to help.

No this is a new account I made to try to find some answers on the forums and maybe start over if I have to. I cant remember the older screen name and the forgot screen name thing doesn't help as I don't get an email from them. And yea I lost quite a few reincarnates and the expansion and all the stuff I buy with ddo points from all the time as VIP.
