Hirelings levels 20-30

Hi.

Is there a vendor somewhere that sells multiple
hireling contracts for hirelings between levels 20-30 ?

I can’t find any level 30 contracts, I only find level 20
or 25 contracts for example.

Vendors in the Marketplace, Eveningstar, and Gianthold sell contracts for hirelings between 20 and 28. I've yet to see one for a hireling above 28. And for what it's worth, the level 28 hirelings don't really hold up well in level 30 content. I've had decent luck below that, but not above. YMMV.
