Well, you want to hit level 21-25 quests with bookshelves and cabinets, so Lords of Dust maybe? Wiz-king may be a good spot, also, lots of collectibles nodes in there.

Partycrashers on Epic Hard is usually my goto for collectibles in that range simply because it's an easy, fast quest and has a TON of nodes.

Yeah, I just did a quick run on Partycrashers to refresh my memory, and my take was:

3 Zygomycota Fungus
1 Slime mold
8 Mortar and Pestle
1 Encoded Communique
1 Fractured Femur
1 Blister Beetle
1 Warehouse Ledger
2 Mystical Formula
1 Smoldering Ember

There are 5 nodes at the end of the illusionarium section (by the tables with the 6 runes), 3 in the private offices, and like 8 in the back rooms where you fight Bolal.

Oh, and there's another one in the final fight room. There's also a Rubble under the stage if you want to do that optional, but IMO it takes too long.
