Retrieve password

Hi,

I have an old account that I have not used for a while now, is there any way to retrieve the password rather than reset it. I have been receiving in my email the reset password link and I don't want to reset it, I just want to retrieve the password.

I can give the account details and email in PM.

I don't understand your reluctance - if you want to keep the current password, then reset it, and then just change it back (you can do that once you're in).

Since you don't know the password anymore does it really matter, if you reset it and get a new one? Once you are logged in, chose your fav pw.

I've contacted customer service user via PM 2 days ago with no reply until now.

The reason I don't want to change the password because it is a clue to the password of my other past DDO accounts that I lost my emails already. However, the account that I am trying to retrieve right now, the email is still active. Resetting the password would make me lose the clue to the other passwords to the other accounts and I have valuable items in those accounts as they were banks. I hope this request makes sense. It's not that I want to be difficult or sentimental, it's just that it will help me remember the other passwords for my other accounts. I am excited to play DDO again.

Customer support in general often does not have tools to see a user's password in plain text.
