need help stuck, cannot load into game

I have this problem where I get stuck on the loading screen before character selection, it just says loading new game data but it never connects. had the problem yesterday same server ghallanda. submitted ticket few hours ago and still waiting for reply.

i too am having a similar problem, i get past the loading screen and pick a character, then it gets stuck on a load screen, it only happens for one toon tho
