I know there was an issue similar, a long long time ago. But, I just ran the Depths serries - and each and every Violet Slime divided like I've never seen. Even from damage that has never split that type of slime before, in this case only fire from a Flame Turret. Each slime was an insta-Red Alert, all by itself. It was crazy.

That was pretty much as soon as the slime hit the turret's range. The repeater my Arti is holding never fired. Never swung a sword. Just like I tossed the slime into a vitamix once it took any kind of damage.
