So at one point in time I was able to get a in-game response in a matter of minutes. I use to be able to call and have account issues solved immediately. Sadly this is not the case anymore. I had a in-game ticket that took 5 days to respond and when it was responded to it was basically a mass message that I know at least 10 other people with the same issue had and we all got the same response at pretty much the same time. This is telling me that my ticket was probably not even read it was just treated with disregard. As of now Ive had a web ticket in for over a week and still have not received a response. Ive been a active and paying player for over eight years, if I cant get my issue resolved more than likely this will be my last year playing. Im sure Im not your only CUSTOMER that feels this way. Lack of communication and the inability to receive any type of clarity on my concerns is aggravating. A real conversation would be great....

Hello,

The GM Team is handled entirely by Standing Stone.

Please continue to use their support portals for DDO and LOTRO.

The Daybreak Games GM Team

I cant get any type of assistance with my account its been THREE WEEKS AND MY WEB TICKET IS STILL OPEN! Your killing my gaming experience with DDO, it might be time I take my money and move on to other games. My activity with this game went from logging on nearly 7 days a week, hours at a time - to I might log on for a minute once a week. Ive been patient, this is how your player base nerd rages and become toxic. Apparently Standing Stone Games thinks they have a strong enough platform to lose customers.

Yes this is unacceptable. Same 3 week mark in two days. And not like they got a lot of tickets. More like complete ignore it seems.

I can't even find where to make an in game ticket. There is the help menu that mentions a button to open a ticket, but there is no button. I think I may have originally quit with an open ticket now that I think about it. I haven't played in years and was going to try again but I can't remember my login information and the email attached to it is so old it is defunct. It was a beta/founders/stormreach account with many thousands of store points, rad stuff, and a couple of decked out characters. If I am boned out of that account then no way am I playing again. I put in a help request on the web site and tried a private message to what I was told is the CS person to talk to. I REALLY hope that they respond with a solution and soon. I want my red dragon avatar back.

For account problems, you need to submit a ticket at:

https://help.standingstonegames.com

The account you use there is not your ingame account - so create something new.
