Yes, the Mimic Mass Mating Migration has begun, but is also affecting Guild Chests in both the normal amenity and hold versions (officer, normal, small, and large varieties).

That is all, you may now proceed with your normal mayhem!

I thought they were going to nerf that quest?

they probably did - haven't looked.

probably does - as does being at least level 10 (I've only checked with a 10 and a 15).
