OK so there is a stalactite hanging down from the top of the cavern in the final run to the end of VON4. There is also a little cut out on the walkway to the left as you are running to the end chest and finally there is a little step up that does not require you to jump (but the natural instinct is to jump) which can bounce you off the stalactite, over the side of the walkway and back to the start of VON 4 with no way to get back in to the quest. Time for the truth telling, haow many times have you had to quit/restart the quest when running solo dailies because of this....I have done it twice before I finally stopped jumping (one was 8 years ago though).

I did it once.

But used the "/stuck" command to teleport back up the walkway and finish the quest.

I remember the first time someone told me I could do that and it blew my mind.

Kinda like the switches in Thrall of the Necromancer. For -years- I thought you had to pull all 8. Then someone was like, "Why are you doing that? You only have to pull the one..."

I know crazy huh, they should like put a rune over the door you need to open that corresponds to the lever you need to pull.

Hah, I just learned that last week.

You used to need to do the 3 extra on the left (as you go in) to get Conquest( IIRC). Is this no longer the case?

You need to do the first two to get conquest, assuming you are thorough and kill everything else. Usually people do three to hedge their bets and not miss something.

I think only 2 are required. But maybe because of scaling its no longer the case. Well its an old habit from '06 or '07 :/

make sure you don't move after the fall and before you type the command.

Once I fell off the first time it was a ingrained enough in me to never make that mistake again.
Very cautious every time I cross that bridge now. Same with never engaging the giant skellys on
the Lava bridges in "Madstone." Once you get knocked into the lava you should never make that mistake again.

I thought you needed to do the other 2 to get conquest and be able to avoid killing the oozes in the pit.
That is the reason i always open 2 additional switches in "Thrall."
It allows conquest and you can completely ignore the oozes.

Also make sure you're not standing in the lava or taking any damages. That will also break the command.

Lol. You can only use that command only once per hour.

Ditto. Just once.

I'm going to admit I have never done this but now that you pointed it out, I know dang well I am going to do it. I would say, "Thanks" but I have a feeling I will be too upset.
